Each task has a set number of credits (hours). These are based on how long it typically takes to complete a task. Some tasks can be done within 72 hours. While others, that need more skill, can take longer. Unused credits/hours can, however, be applied to another project's duration.

We begin with a brief call to discuss your goals and determine if we're a good match. If we're a great fit, we'll assign an expert to work with you. We'll keep you informed every step of the way.

We start by researching your users' needs, identifying what works and what doesn't. Next, we develop simple drafts and prototypes to plan the design. Followed by building the product and testing it with real users. This ensures it meets your needs and operates without any issues. Our aim is to create a solution that aligns precisely with you and your users' expectations.

We offer flexible design request using Trello. An example of ways your request can be implemented is by, uploading Google docs, wireframes, or even uploading a brief video recording of a scribble of an idea that you have. Essentially if a link is shared via Trello, it is reviewed and added to the queue within 48 hours.

Great! If you have a single request, you can roll your credits/hours into the next project or start multiple projects ALL at once (based on plan). In the event that you need to pause your subscription, you can do so once the initial project is completed. Just pause and return when you have additional design needs.

Each tier comes with a minimum of 3 revisions per project, in the event that you’re dissatisfied we’ll revisit your plan to see if there’s benefits or bonuses to accommodate you. Nonetheless we strive to revise until you're 100% satisfied.

Due to the high quality nature of  each design, all sales are final.
